Spicy Fried Plantains (Kelewele)
Peel and cut up the plantains into cubes
- Sprinkle on the POKS All Purpose Seasoning and toss until each cube is coated/dusted with the spice.
Marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Scoop marinated plantains into hot oil and deep fry until golden brown.
Eat alone or with peanuts as a dessert, or as an entree with black eye beans stew
Sprinkle on POKS All Purpose Seasoning for an extra umph!
