1/2 cup of POKS All Purpose Seasoning
4 Cups Buttermilk
1 whole chicken (cut up into desired pieces)
Season with 1/4 cup of POKS All Purpose Seasoning.
Let it marinate in the fridge 24 hours.
Drain and season again with 1/4 cup of POKS All Purpose Seasoning.
Add additional salt to taste, if preferred.
Grill, Bake, Fry or Broil.
