Buttermilk Chicken

  • 1/2 cup of POKS All Purpose Seasoning

  • 4 Cups Buttermilk

  • 1 whole chicken (cut up into desired pieces)

  • Salt

  1. Season with 1/4 cup of POKS All Purpose Seasoning.

  2.  Add buttermilk.  

  3. Let it marinate in the fridge 24 hours.

  4. Drain and season again with 1/4 cup of POKS All Purpose Seasoning.

  5. Add additional salt to taste, if preferred.

  6. Grill, Bake, Fry or Broil.
