Ripened but firm plantains (yellow)
Pink Himalayan Salt
POKS All Purpose Seasoning
Preheat the oven to 425F and line up your baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel the plantains and cut then into thick rings (1/4 inch thick)
Coat the plantains with coconut oil and season with the salt, ginger and POKS All Purpose Seasoning.
Lay the seasoned plantains on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Flip and bake on the other side for another 10 minutes.
