Juliana's Fante Breakfast of Champions


  • Smoked Turkey Breast (Deli Meat)

  • Spinach

  • Green Onions

  • 2 Egg Whites

  • 1 Tbsp POKS Spices All Purpose Seasoning


  1. Saute Smoked Turkey Breast, Spinach and Green Onions

  2. Combine with 2 Egg Whites and POKS Spices All Purpose Seasoning

  3. Plate on Ghana Sugar Bread or Sweet Hawaiian Rolls, and add pico de Gallo.

  4. Serve with your favorite breakfast beverage.
