Juliana's Spicy Fish Sandwich with Lentil Spread


Lentil Spread

  • Cooked Lentils

  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tbsp Parsley

  • Lemon Juice (Squeeze 1/3 Lemon)

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • Pinch of Salt

  • Pinch of POKS Spices All Purpose Seasoning

Fried Fish

  • Fish

  • 1 Tbsp POKS Spices All Purpose Seasoning

  • Pinch of Salt

  • Olive Oil for Frying


  1. In a food processor, blend all the ingredients for the Lentil Spread.

  2. Season 1 cod fish fillet with POKS Spices All Purpose Seasoning, salt and fry in olive oil until done.

  3. Serve the fish on a toasted brioche bun with spinach and the lentil spread.
