Pork Skewers

Pork Khebab - Cooked


  • POKS Spices All Purpose Seasoning

  • Pork Shoulder or any protein type

  • Cooking Oil

  • Salt (Optional)

  • Red Onion or White Onion or Yellow Onion

  • Green Bell Pepper

  • Skewers (soaked in water)

  1. Cut up pork into medium sized cubes

  2. Sprinkle on POKS Spices All Purpose Seasoning and salt (optional).

  3. Pour on 1 - 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.

  4. Massage seasoning thoroughly on the pork pieces.

  5. Marinate for 12-24 hours in refrigerator.

  6. Prepare skewers using 3 pork pieces, intervening with diced onion and bell peppers.

  7. Grill on medium heat till preferred doneness.
