Sesame Chicken Taco with POKS Creme

1 thinly sliced cucumber
3 thinly sliced radishes
5 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
6 oz nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 Teaspoons POKS Spices Mild Spicy Jalapeño-Based Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Ranch Dressing Mix
8 oz shredded red cabbage
2 lb ground chicken/beef
1/4 oz scallions
1/2 bundle Cilantro
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Aminos
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 cloves of garlic
In a bowl, combine radishes, cucumber, vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover and set aside.
In another bowl, combine Greek Yogurt, POKS Spices Mild Spicy Seasoning and Ranch Dressing Mix. Cover and Refrigerate.
Heat a large pan on medium-high with a drizzle of olive oil. Add scallions and cabbage, season with salt and pepper, and stir until softened.
Add ground chicken/beef, garlic and sugar and allow to cook. Stir in sesame oil and Aminos. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Warm tortillas up. Serve by filling tortilla with meat filling, pickled vegetables, cilantro and the POKS Creme.
