2 lbs of peeled and deveined shrimps
1 Tablespoon of POKS All Purpose Seasoning
1 small shallot, thinly diced (optional)
3 basil leaves, thinly sliced (optional)
Lemon Juice (Optional)
Oil to fry
Pulse the shrimps, egg and POKS All Purpose Seasoning in a food processor to preferred temperature. For this recipe, it was not completely smooth.
Fold in diced shallots and basil
Mold mixture into balls of preferred size.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve with POKS Dip
