Mark Guvernator It's not often that I write a product review, however, I felt compelled to say that I am very impressed by the flavor of the West African Seasoning (X-Hot). It has become my go-to seasoning. I purchased this at a farmer's market a while back and have been using it daily on my egg whites. It adds such a robust flavor. I just ordered a new batch this morning. I highly recommend POKS products. Not only does their product have a flavorful profile, but the company supports a great cause.
