Are your products gluten free?

POKS products are made with naturally gluten free ingredients.

Where can we get your products in store?

We are actively working on getting shelf placement for our products in your favorite stores.

To help us get there faster, tell your store manager about our POKS products and advocate to get us there.

How quickly will I get my order?

Orders placed are processed within 48 to 72 hours, shipped and the customer notified of tracking details via email.

If you do not receive your order within 24 hours after the delivery notification, please contact the postal service first to assist with order delivery.

What's your return policy?

With POKS products being food products, orders cannot be returned once received.

If there is a problem with your order, reach out to us and we'll be happy to help resolve the issue.
